I cannot believe this has Powermatic's name attached to it. They should be ashamed.
-The bolts that connect the two pieces together were too long so I had to purchase new bolts.
-The base was not designed for the 66's dust port.
-The whole frame flexes with the weight of the saw and will bounce with a little weight.
-The casters directly under the saw don't even have ball bearings
-the "stop" for those casters is just a screw into the caster.
-this product makes me want to re-sell my 66 and look for a different product! I cannot believe Powermatic would make such a worthless tool. It makes me loose faith in their entire line. How can you make something so simple so poorly.

The stand is very well built. Went together nicely. I was curious when I put the saw in the stand if it would fit. It set in perfect with no slack. Very stable unit. Now I can roll around my saw with ease.

As with most things labeled Powermatic, this has been an excellent addition to my shop. That being said, this is the second mobile base I've ordered from Powermatic that has had the plastic caster lock bolt covers crushed in transit. They need to improve packaging on these.

the powercoat/paint was already flaking off on the new unit. Doesnt impact the performance any. its a tool, its probably gonna get dinged up anyway, but if you want it looking supersharp, it might be a problem. Engineering and construction is otherwise 10x what the competition is putting out.

Unlike other reviews on the web, my mobile base arrived intact and fuctional. I was missing the 4 assembly bolts. The box was OK so I assume they were not packed. About a buck at the hardware store fixed it. The stationary wheel locks are fragile. The plastic "wing nut" on the locking stud was broken but to me this is no big deal. Once locked I don't plan on moving my saw very often so I just replaced it with a common bolt so I could tighten/loosen it with a wrench. All these issues could have been addressed by the MFG but to me it wasn't worth the trouble

This product arrived in terrible condition. Pieces were missing. Additionally, it was all beat up like it fell off of a truck.CPO replaced it quickly, but the next one also was a little beat up although not as bad. However when you spend this kind of money it shouldn't look like the reject bins garbage you buy for [$]
